Everyone's favorite appetizer goes tiny.
Ingredients:
4 tiny pieces mozzarella
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon quail egg
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Marinara
Steps:
Dredge mozzarella pieces in flour then egg and then breadcrumbs. Freeze for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Fry mozzarella sticks for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden. Serve with marinara sauce.
