Het seizoen 3 van 7 vs. Wild werd uitgezonden op Prime Video van mardi 31 octobre 2023 tot dimanche 28 avril 2024. Het bestaat uit 33 afleveringen, de eerste heet "Die Aussetzung" en de laatste "Naturensöhne EXTENDED".

Abandoned in the wilderness, seven candidates or teams fight for seven days to survive. Everyone has to make do with seven pre-selected objects and their clothes. Whoever is still left after seven days and has collected the most points in the daily challenges is the winner. No camera teams, no contact with the outside world, complete isolation.
