Het seizoen 2 van Initiation werd uitgezonden op Gaia van lundi 8 juin 2020 tot lundi 3 août 2020. Het bestaat uit 10 afleveringen, de eerste heet "Elohim & The Creation Process" en de laatste "Rise of the Atlantean Empire".
