California Softens Punishment for Child Predators | Heck Off, Commie!

The California State Senate has passed a bill (SB-145) that would give judges discretion over whether to add child predators to the registry of sex offenders depending on the particular circumstances of their cases. In other words, this bill seeks to protect child predators instead of children.
