German backpacker Rikhardand his passengers are headed to one of Australia's biggest celebration of alternative culture, Nimbin's Mardi Grass. And waiting for them just outside of town is the stationary Drug Testing Unit. Richard happily admits to having enjoyed a 'spliff' last night and obliges Police with a test. If he tests positive his festival might be over before it's even begun.
