This tiny hot chicken still packs some major punch.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon chopped chicken
1 tablespoon buttermilk
1/2 quail egg
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons flour
Oil for frying
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 slice white bread, for serving
Pickles, for serving
STEPS:
1.) In a bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg and hot sauce. Place flour in a separate bowl.
2.) Heat oil. Dredge chicken in egg mixture, then flour. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
3.) Mix spices in small bowl. Stir in 1 teaspoon hot fry oil. Toss chicken in spicy oil.
4.) Serve with white bread and pickles.
