The traditional British dessert of strawberries, meringue and heavy cream is a lot lighter when it's TINY!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Meringue nest
33ml double cream
Icing sugar
33g strawberries
Mint leaf to garnish
STEPS:
1.) Mix together the icing sugar and cream in a tiny bowl.
2.) Then crush in some of the meringue and mix.
3.) Chop up the strawberry as fine as you can and add it into the creamy mixture and combine.
4.) Crumble in more meringue.
5.) Sieve a strawberry and some icing sugar over a tiny bowl and press the strawberry into the sieve so the juice pours into the bowl.
6.) Then serve the strawberry sauce on the meringue mixture.
7.) Add specs of mint to garnish and crumble more meringue over the top.
