INGREDIENTS:
1 egg white
1 tablespoon sugar
1 drop pink food coloring
Pink frosting
STEPS:
1.) Whip egg whites until frothy. Mix in sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Stir in pink food coloring.
2.) Pipe two 1/3-inch cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3.) Bake at 200°F for 20 minutes. Frost the top of one cookie, then add the other cookie on top.
