No tiny sandwich is complete without a tiny side of chips.
Ingredients:
1 inch pork shoulder
Salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon oregano
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 tablespoon chicken broth
2 slices of bread
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 slice ham
1 slice Swiss cheese
2 pickle slices
1 teaspoon butter
Steps:
Season pork with salt and pepper. In a small saucepan, add spices, orange juice, chicken broth and pork. Braise pork for 10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and then slice.
To assemble sandwich: Spread mustard on bread and top with sliced pork, ham, cheese and pickles.
In a skillet, melt butter and place sandwich in pan. Press down on the sandwich with another pan to flatten slightly. Cook on both sides until golden brown."
