With the help of this docu-soap, managers of major German companies are to get a picture of the work at the base of their company. For one week, they covertly take on a different job every day and are trained by their own employees. The presence of the cameras is explained to the employees that it is a TV documentary about an unemployed person trying out different jobs. Only at the end does the boss reveal his true identity to his unsuspecting employees.
