The staff have problems dealing with a handicap girl and a father's worried about his daughter's appearance. Two elderly men argue over a lost love of 40 years ago and end up in Casualty. A squash game ends abruptly when a player is seriously injured and the staff battle to save her. Ash's finances are worse and news spread about Max joining the Territorial Army. Julian puts Sandra in an awkward position when he confesses he's attracted to her.
