Phil and Kirstie catch up with cautious first time buyers Sundeep and Rupreet in Harrow and postcode picky Hilary and Rob in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Phil had the tricky task of widening the search beyond Hitchin. Once the couple saw what they could get for their money further out, it wasn't long before one property made it all worthwhile. They've been in their new home for just over a year.
