For those who are not familiar with ASMR, don't cringe (pls): it's supposed to relax you, help you sleep, or give you a weird sensation called tingles. If not then... you would have enjoyed the making up of the most marvellous masterpiece of the 21th century.

More seriously, I would say that it all depends on you and how you open yourself at the moment. Try to focus on each sound and the feeling of relaxation when watching someone doing something with attention and goodwill.
