Drawing Lots

After a delicious dinner at Samson and Gert's chalet, Alberto wants to head back to his own place but the others won't let him. After all, Alberto promised to help clean up. There are three chores to be done: clearing the table, washing the dishes, and fetching wood from outside. Since nobody is exactly jumping at the chance to take on any of the chores, the friends decide to draw lots. The Mayor has put slips of paper with everyone's names into his hat, and for each task that needs to be done, he will draw a slip and whoever's name is on it has to do that chore. But is The Mayor really playing fair?
