Friend or Foe/Code of Silence

The sad tragic death of a 17-year-old shot and killed while he slept, leaves detectives searching for either the only witness or the killer. This person has fled the scene making the job of the detective harder. Some people are rolling some dice on a nice afternoon, ends in the shooting death of a young man. Can detectives get witnesses to talk?
