Should Bethesda make a New Game Engine before The Elder Scrolls 6? TES 6 Speculation/Discussion

The Elder Scrolls 6 is set to release sometime around 2020, and in that time some are wondering if Bethesda should develop a new game engine to account for shortcomings made by the Creation engine. The Creation engine served Bethesda well with TES 5: Skyrim, Fallout 4, and Skyrim SE, however now it's usefulness may be running short.
