Long Day's Journey Into Night
The Matthews family find themselves stranded on the road by a fallen tree. Taking a different route, they pass through a quiet village. But once again, they come face to face with the tree.
And every time they take the road to leave the place, the road takes them back to the city, in a loop.
So the family will have to stay in this community for a while. But night falls, and the town sheriff (Harold Perrineau) orders everyone to lock themselves in their homes...
Night creatures violently attack the residents as they try to return home in the guise of loved ones.
The Matthews realize that they won't be able to leave so easily, especially as the residents are strange too.
