Edwige Marion, a newly promoted chief commissioner in the railway brigade, has barely arrived in Paris when she is entrusted with her first investigation in the capital. A young boy was attacked in the toilets of the Gare du Nord. This case follows a long list of disappearances of young boys in similar conditions. At the same time, his adopted daughter, Nina, is attacked in the street by a mysterious individual.
