The series takes place before the movie Rogue One and its suicide mission on the planet Scarif. Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) is a rebel who seeks to topple the Empire. She is unfavorable to the Empire and is a founding member of the Rebel Alliance. They will also be able to count on Saw Gerrera (Forest Whitaker), a rebel leader motivated to bring down the Empire. Cassian Andor will discover that he can turn the tide and be the standard bearer of a new rebellion.
