Charmaine’s roller disco-themed birthday party turns sour when Danielle confronts Ryan about firing her. While Ryan heads to Philly for a prestigious tattoo convention, Van and Danielle take over the shop and make some radical changes. Ryan causes a melee after he rehires a former employee. And Kat shocks the crew when she unexpectedly shows up in Chicago with a plan to get everyone back together.
