After penile implant surgery to allow him to pump up his penis and maintain an erection, 45-year-old Dan Metzgar was left with a permanent erection for eight months, sores on his penis and a hole in his scrotum. As he undergoes corrective treatment, it will take all of plastic surgeon Dr Hirsch's skill to restore Dan's manhood and his dignity.
