Beginning with the Dynamite Dog and the North Woods Sandwich, piled high with prime rib and finishing the day with Barbe'chos, a barbecue-nachos fusion, host Noah Cappe has a field day. Later, he heads north of the border to the Red River Exhibition in Manitoba, Canada, where quintessential Canadian cuisine gets a carnival twist with Prairie Poutine and a Habanero Crunch Burger.
