AEHF-4 will be launched from SLC-41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on an Atlas V rocket flying in the 551 configuration; 5 meter fairing, 5 AJ-60 solid rocket boosters and a single RL10C engine on the Centaur upper stage. The satellite will be deployed to a geosynchronous transfer orbit approximately 3 hours and 32 minutes after lift off. It’s target orbit is approximately 35,000 km (22,300 miles).
