Pas vraiment mon préféré (les bruits en background n'arrangent rien), mais j'apprécie particulièrement l'insistance de Jeff Smith sur l'importance d'une bonne culture d'entreprise et à quel point celle-ci doit être partagée afin de rendre l'expérience pour les employés - comme pour le groupe - la plus enrichissante et stimulante possible. Cette idée est par ailleurs déterminante dans la réussite de l'entreprise, en particulier pour de petites infrastructures.
