Water

Ten people attempt to conquer their extreme fear of water by training to become sea fishermen in just three days, with some of the group so terrified they won't walk by a river, board a boat or let their head get wet in a shower.

As they try to overcome their phobia under the watchful eye of sailing expert Annie O'Sullivan, they tackle real life jobs that bring them into close contact with water, from manoeuvring a canal boat through a lock to undertaking professional lifeboat training in storm conditions.
