It is the dessert course and the last chance for the north west chefs to impress in a bid to make it through to the regional final. Liam is cooking 'Not So Hot Toddy' in honour of a friend who works nightshifts in the NHS, while Ellis's 'Worth Their Weight in Gold' is dedicated to the staff who saved his brother's life.
