A one-bedroom apartment in Trent Vale in Stoke-on-Trent is bought by brothers-in-law for a very special reason, while a husband, wife and brother-in-law transform a three-bed semi in Farnworth near Bolton, and a husband and wife team tackle a major development of a listed building in Maidstone in Kent. All three properties were sold at auction and Martin, Dion and Martel follow their progress.
