It is a real family affair as a father and son develop a terrace in Bamford in Lancashire, a mum and daughter work on a three-storey building in Lower Gornal in the West Midlands, and two brothers develop a flat in Gravesend in Kent to help boost their parent’s pension pot. All three properties were sold at auction and Martin, Dion and Martel follow the progress.
