Martin is just outside Swansea in the suburb of Sketty to see a very characterful three-bedroom semi with great original features. He’s also in Ilfracombe in north Devon, where a two-bedroom dwelling does not create the greatest of first impressions. Tommy is in London on the peninsula of the Isle of dogs, where a three-bedroom flat has great potential as a development opportunity.
