Downsizing Toward The Ocean

Marilee and Fred Karlsen have spent the last 27 years happily raising their children in the same house. Now that they've retired, they are determined to trade in their days of yard work and home maintenance for leisurely riding their bicycles along the beach. They said they are ready to downsize and want to do so near the ocean. The problem is finding a house that is the right size for the two of them with a big enough kitchen for Marilee. They also want a place that will provide a beautiful backdrop for all the art they have collected over the years.
