Missouri Couple Giving Up Multi-Generational Victorian

A couple and their 15-month-old daughter are currently living in an old Victorian in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, that's been in his family for five generations. Since it's not ideal for their family, he's agreed to start looking for something new. However, the two of them don't see eye to eye about much of anything. He wants the same type of house that they're currently living in; a stately Victorian or Colonial. But she wants a cookie cutter split-level.
