Christine V Susie, Janice V Rhys

Christine is in court claiming £1,463.78 for a refund and vet bills incurred after purchasing two puppies with health defects. Defendant Susie says as she offered Christine a refund she owes nothing. She is counterclaiming £2,500 for loss of earnings.

Janice is in court claiming ¢499 owed on a catalogue account after she purchased a games console for her grandson. Defendant Rhys says he's still within the terms of their agreement so does not owe the full amount and due to Janice's behaviour towards him he is refusing to pay her back.
