Solitary Bathroom for Six

Fourteen years ago, Paul and Kate (Coughlan) found the perfect fixer upper. But after having triplets, another child, and a dog, their 110-year-old, 4-bedroom house is stretched to its absolute limits. Frustrated with the malfunctioning main floor, a solitary bathroom for six and a broken basement, the family is wondering what to do with their home. To the rescue are Realtor David and Designer Hilary, who will take on this challenge with different goals in mind. David will try to hook these homeowners into a new place to call home. Hilary and her team will resurrect the love for this home with a first class face-lift. In the end, Paul and Kate will have to decide: can they love their home again or will they list it?
