Chicago's Mayor-Elect's Stance on Education Is Quite Worrisome

The new Mayor of Chicago isn't a big fan of giving Fs...or any type of grading. This guy is promoting the idea that we shouldn't reward excellence. Chicago's education system is about go downhill...I mean, even more than it already is.
