MTV Unplugged Presents: Ryokuoushoku Shakai

"MTV Unplugged" has carved out a history as the origin of original and unique acoustic live performances, featuring top artists from around the world. Since it was first held in New York in 1989, over 100 artists have performed, including Eric Clapton, Mariah Carey, Nirvana, Oasis, Adele, and Katy Perry. As a Japanese production, top artists such as Hikaru Utada, Ken Hirai, Kana Nishino, KinKi Kids, and Rira Ikuta have presented performances that are a little different from their usual live performances.

This time, a four-person band from Aichi Prefecture, “Ryokuoushoku Shakai(Midori-Yoshi Society,)” will appear on this traditional stage. It is a must-see to see what kind of performance they will show on MTV's traditional stage.
