Imperator: Rome (v1.3) | Punic Ascendance! - Part 4

The Livy Update (v1.3) is live and brings with it several significant changes to Imperator! New dynamic mission trees have been added to all nations for more focused gameplay, the new supply train unit will substantially change warfare, and a refocus on characters makes internal politics much harder to balance! Lastly, Rome and Carthage received some dedicated attention with the Punic Wars content pack; so of course we're going to be reliving the glory days of Hannibal and forge a new Carthaginian empire!
