ASMR | Reiki session ft. gloves

For those who are not familiar with ASMR, don't cringe (pls): it's supposed to relax you, help you sleep, or give you a weird sensation called tingles. If not then... you would have been introduced to the discipline of Reiki (maybe it will work better with an expert ^^)

More seriously, I would say that it all depends on you and how you open yourself at the moment. Try to focus on each sound and the feeling of relaxation when watching someone doing something with attention and goodwill.
