Subzero Temperatures!

Madoi has kidnapped a young boy's father and is forcing the boy, Tohru, to do her evil bidding to save his father. Tohru's father, Seiji, is a worker at the water factory, so Madoi now has access to turn off the city's water! Netto and co. visit Yaito, who sends Glyde to investigate the problem... but he finds the entire water factory network has been iced over! Everyone rushes to the factory when Glyde becomes frozen solid, and Rockman encounters a Net Navi named Iceman. Netto rescues Seiji, and it's soon discovered that Iceman belongs to Tohru. Not only that, but Madoi plans to use Coloredman to delete Iceman, and pump bacteria-infested water back into the city!
