Nature Season S1E03: Ecological Stories in Books

In this episode, the "Brotherhood" visited Fude Primary School, which specializes in Yunnan wild mushrooms. In the school gymnasium, the members split into three teams and engaged in a "Mushroom Team" online game, each competing for their team's honor. By copying organisms, the members gained a deep understanding of the challenges behind the creation of the authoritative botanical work, "Flora of China." They then delved into three books to learn more about ecology from the perspectives of the characters. Zheng Kai, the younger brother of the book's protagonist, spoke in the auditorium on behalf of his older brother, who was unable to attend due to work commitments, expressing the heartfelt sentiments of generations of hardworking foresters.
