Best Base location for lower tier players: This is a short video displaying what I believe to be the best base location in Ark : Survival Evolved for those of lower levels.

I intend for this to become a series in which I show off the best locations for base building ( As well as other uses ) in all of Ark. I also may do Base reviews among Base setup videos in Ark, although that may take some time, I think we can get some pretty good Ark Bases covered!
