Downsizing in Sanford

Sales support specialist Nancy is tired of cold Chicago winters and is seeking a tiny home in Sanford, Florida, to spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Macy. With her brother David along for advice, they're looking at tiny homes that she can place on land near the water. She has a lot of furniture she'd like to fit in her tiny home, and a long list of features to fit into her $200,000 budget. Will she be able to find a home that can accommodate both?
