Despite what they say, not everything is bigger in Texas. Dallas resident Richard is downsizing to have more freedom to enjoy what he loves in life -- cycling and brewing homemade beer. He's building his tiny home from the ground up and is searching for a model that's modern with a hint of hippie style. With a budget of $25,000, will he find a house with enough space for his bicycles, brewing equipment and himself?
