Now that their kids are off to college, a couple is downsizing and looking for a tiny house in Boulder, CO. They have a budget of $75,000 to make it happen, but they can't agree on size or style. He wants a small rustic cabin, however, she would like something more modern with enough space for a full-size kitchen.
