INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil for frying
½ -inch piece of chicken
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp flour
Pancake mix
Water
Maple syrup

METHOD

Heat oil.

Dip chicken in in egg and flour and fry.

Mix up pancake batter; cook waffle.

Top waffle with chicken and maple syrup.
