INGREDIENTS:
2 slices pepper
2 slices onion
3, 1-inch slices steak
3, 1-inch tortillas
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 tablespoon guacamole

STEPS:
1.) Fry peppers, onion and steak.
2.) Serve with warmed tortilla and top with sour cream and guacamole.
