Despite the accusations, Kang Woo's testimony sways Golden Time Team Center Director Kang Kwon Joo to believe it is a serial killer from three years ago who is behind this murder. Unfortunately, her belief is not enough from keeping the Poongsan Metropolitan Police Department from arresting him.
