Kang Woo returns to Korea and reports to the higher ups about what he has been doing and the cartel that is behind Doctor Fabre. Kang Woo insists on apprehending the perpetrators, but the commissioner is against it. To convince the commissioner, Kang Woo offers to resign as soon as the case is closed.
