Tiny Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup I Tiny Kitchen

The perfect American comfort food combo for those winter nights when you're feeling just a TINY bit chilly.

INGREDIENTS:
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon thyme
3 tablespoons pureed tomato
2 teaspoons cream
Butter
2 tiny pieces bread
2 1/2 squares American cheese

STEPS:
1.) Sauté onion and thyme. Stir in tomato and cook for 2 minutes. Finish with cream.
2.) Add butter to skillet. Sandwich cheese between two pieces of bread and grill on both sides until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
