INGREDIENTS:
1 cornichon
1 tsp flour
1 tsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp egg
1 ½ Tbsp vegetable oil
STEPS:
Slice cornichon and dredge in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Heat oil and fry for 3–5 minutes.
Serve with ranch dressing.
