INGREDIENTS:
1/4 teaspoon mirin
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon rice vinegar
Pinch of sugar
Finely chopped cucumber
1/8 jalapeño, minced
Tuna, chopped
Sushi rice, for serving
Sesame seeds for garnish
1/2 teaspoon seaweed
3 tiny slices of avocado
STEPS:
1.) In a bowl, whisk mirin, soy sauce, sesame seeds, vinegar and sugar.
2.) Stir in cucumber, jalapeño and tuna.
3.) Serve tuna mixture over rice with seaweed and avocado.
